1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
2.1 Delivery Time
For orders shipping from our local South African warehouse or distribution center:
Standard items (machines, accessories): expect delivery within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
For bulk orders or oversized items: delivery may take 5–7 business days, depending on destination and courier availability.
2.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery address, weight, and package size.
For some promotions or during sales periods, we may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount.
Shipping fees do not include customs duties, VAT or import taxes (see below if applicable).
3. Cross-Border / Import (If shipping from outside South Africa)
In cases where stock is fulfilled from overseas (e.g. China or other warehouses), additional shipping times and import procedures apply:
Estimated transit time: 10–30 business days, depending on courier, origin, and customs clearance.
International shipping may incur customs duties, import VAT or fees payable to the courier or customs agency upon arrival in South Africa. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We advise customers to check with local customs (e.g. South African Revenue Service — SARS) for current import duty & VAT rates before ordering.
4. Delivery & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can monitor your parcel.
Please ensure delivery address, contact phone number, and recipient name are correct before checkout — incorrect info may delay or prevent delivery.
If the parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery, we may charge additional shipping fees before resending.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders imported from overseas may be subject to import duties and VAT under South African customs regulations. These are not included in the shop price or shipping cost.
Any fees imposed by customs clearance (import duty, VAT, handling fees) must be paid by the recipient prior to delivery.
6. Shipping Restrictions & Exceptions
Some items (e.g. hazardous goods, batteries, restricted components) may be restricted or require special courier approval. If a product cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you to cancel or offer a refund.
For orders containing multiple items from different warehouses, items may arrive separately in different packages and at different times.
7. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Parcels
If you receive a damaged parcel, contact us immediately (within 48 hours) with photos of the damage and packaging. Do not discard the box or items until we instruct you.
For lost parcels, after the shipping courier marks the parcel as “delivered” or “lost in transit,” please contact us for support and claim processing.
Claims for damage or loss must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost parcels).
8. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible — you will need to wait for delivery and follow the returns procedure (as per our Returns & Refund Policy).
9. COVID-19 / Force Majeure / Other Delays
Occasionally, delivery times may be affected by external factors beyond our control (e.g. customs clearance delays, courier availability, weather, national holidays, or global supply chain issues).
In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and work to get your order delivered.
